Mala with Metta
Mala with Metta — Loving-Kindness in Action 🌱
I want to share a beautiful act of kindness.
My dear friend Rob makes Mala Beads through his offering Mala with Metta — and this is truly something special. Rob makes no profit at all. 100% of all proceeds go directly to Galahad’s Animal Sanctuary. Rob is a vegan.
Each mala is made as a spiritual and meditative practice, with the intention of sending Metta — loving-kindness — out into the universe.
Mala: a garland or loop of Buddhist prayer beads, worn around the neck or wrist.
Metta: the Pali word for loving-kindness.
If a Mala with Metta is made for you, or gifted to you, it is created as an expression of loving-kindness towards you. If you gift one to yourself, you are practising loving-kindness towards yourself.
You may choose to:
-
Use your mala for meditation
-
Wear it as a meaningful adornment
-
Keep it as a personal keepsake
-
Or pass it on to someone you wish to send loving-kindness to
In every form, its intention remains the same.
You can view Rob’s malas via his Instagram and purchase them at his shop.
Please support this gorgeous initiative by liking his page, sharing his work, or purchasing a mala — and help spread kindness outward, where it’s needed most.
Thank you for choosing compassion, intention, and love. 💛
